These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Big Fish Tech LLC, doing business as LiveFrame (“LiveFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a LiveFrame product, creating an account, or accessing our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products, website, or services.

LiveFrame is a brand of Big Fish Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Delray Beach, Florida, USA. You can reach us any time at support@theliveframe.com. A full mailing address is available on request for legal notices.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us or use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Ordering & payment
- Placing an order. Orders are placed through our website or as otherwise arranged with us. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation is sent.
- Pricing & taxes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales taxes, duties, and shipping fees are added at checkout.
- Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel or refuse the order even after it has been confirmed, and we will refund any amount charged.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4. Shipping & delivery
- Timing. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, we aim to ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. If we cannot ship within 30 days, we will contact you for consent to the delay or issue a refund.
- Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the product to the carrier.
- International orders. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We currently focus on customers in the United States.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, you may return undamaged products in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, contact us at support@theliveframe.com.
6. Limited hardware warranty
We warrant the LiveFrame hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery. Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is that we will repair or replace (at our option) any defective unit returned to us within the warranty period. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@theliveframe.com for return instructions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications or repairs, power surges, loss of internet or third-party content, or normal wear and tear.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE 90-DAY PERIOD ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limits may not apply to you.
7. Service & third-party content
- What LiveFrame shows. LiveFrame displays live and recorded content from third-party sources (such as public outdoor webcams). The device displays this content; it does not record, capture, or transmit video or audio from your home or surroundings.
- Availability of feeds. Third-party feeds are controlled by their providers and may be changed, interrupted, degraded, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, legality, quality, or availability of third-party content.
- Internet required. Many features require a working internet connection and depend on our cloud services and third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Changes to the service. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content sources, or services (including connected and cloud-dependent features) at any time, with or without notice.
8. Software license
The LiveFrame device may include our proprietary software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely as installed on the device and solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We may provide software updates automatically; you agree that updates may be applied without further notice.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our software, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use the product or services to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- Circumvent security features, interfere with the service, or use the product or services for any unlawful purpose;
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software or third-party content except as expressly permitted.
10. Intellectual property
All LiveFrame trademarks, logos, designs, and software are owned by Big Fish Tech LLC or its licensors. You receive no rights to this intellectual property except the limited license expressly granted in these Terms. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY IN SECTION 6, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCT, SOFTWARE, WEBSITE, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIVEFRAME OR BIG FISH TECH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCT, SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not fully apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Fish Tech LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the product or services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
- Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@theliveframe.com. We will try to resolve it within 60 days.
- Binding arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court if they qualify.
- Class action waiver. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You and we waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
- Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent a dispute proceeds in court, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, internet or utility outages, or failures of third-party providers.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the product, website, or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Return policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the product and services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
