Does LiveFrame show live video?
Yes! LiveFrame shows both live video and still photos depending on the camera. And we are adding more cameras all the time.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay once and get unlimited access to all cameras.
What size is the display?
The device has a 10‑inch HD display.
How many cameras and locations are available?
Nearly ~200 cameras across ~60 locations. National parks, ski resorts, beaches, animals, outer space, and more.
How often do images and video refresh? Can I control it?
Still images refresh every 5–20 minutes depending on the cam; refresh rate isn’t user‑adjustable. Live video plays continuously.
Can I choose which cams to display or make playlists?
Yes! You can choose which cams your device displays, and there are playlists.
Does it work without internet?
LiveFrame requires an internet connection.
Can I manage it from a web dashboard?
No, not yet. Coming soon.
Does it support a custom sleep schedule?
Yes. Set a custom sleep schedule so the screen turns on and off automatically.
Does the screen auto‑rotate?
No. Currently the device only supports landscape mode.
Is a stand included? Is it VESA‑compatible?
Yes, a stand is included. It isn’t VESA‑compatible; it uses picture‑frame‑style screw mounts.
Can I mount it on the wall?
Yes. Wall‑mount ports and screws are in the box.
How long is the power cable?
Five‑foot power cable.
What about power?
LiveFrame comes with a thin, easy‑to‑hide power cable.
Is it safe to leave it on 24/7?
Yes.
Is it indoor‑only?
Yes. LiveFrame is for indoor use only.
When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders within 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we ship in the U.S. only. Soon we will ship worldwide.
Is there a return policy?
Yes. Try LiveFrame for 30 days. If you don’t love it, send it back for a full refund.
What happens if a camera goes offline?
The display will show a "Camera Offline" label and the last captured image will be shown. This can happen during maintenance.
Do any cams include audio?
No, LiveFrame does not play audio.
How does the frame connect to the internet?
LiveFrame has Wi‑Fi. Connect once on the touch screen. It will reconnect and fetch new photos by itself.
Does the software get updated?
Yes. We update the software regularly to add new cameras and features.
Do new cameras cost extra?
No. New cameras appear automatically for you to select at no extra cost.
