We want you to love LiveFrame. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay for return shipping.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Include the frame, power cable, stand, and any accessories.
- Opened items are okay if kept in like‑new condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required.
